HVAC services we provide across El Paso

Most of what we do in El Paso falls into one of seven jobs. Each one has its own page with the detail, and every one of them is available across the city.

Air conditioner repair

Every make and model, including refrigerated air systems, heat pumps and evaporative coolers. Call Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm Mountain Time.

AC repair ›

Air conditioner installation

We size the system for your house rather than working from a price sheet, and we will show you the options before you commit.

AC installation ›

Furnace and heating repair

El Paso winters are short, which is exactly why furnaces fail on the first cold night after sitting idle since March.

Furnace repair ›

Refrigerated air conversion

Moving a house off a swamp cooler is the biggest comfort decision most El Paso homeowners make. We do the whole job, ducts included.

Conversions ›

Ductless mini-splits

We are a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, which matters most in older homes and additions with no ductwork.

Mini-splits ›

Duct cleaning and indoor air quality

Desert dust does not stay outside. It settles in your ducts and comes back out through your vents.

Maintenance plans

Semi-annual tune-ups on refrigerated and evaporative systems, so the failure happens on our visit instead of in July.

Comparing HVAC companies in El Paso

  • Ask for the licence number and check it. Ours are Texas TACLA18354C, and New Mexico 353350 and 353356.
  • Ask whether the technicians are NATE-certified, which is the industry’s own competence test rather than a badge a company gives itself.
  • Ask whether you get a written estimate before work starts, and whether the price can change once someone is on site.
  • Ask who answers at 9pm in July. Emergency cover is only worth anything if a person picks up.
  • Ask how long they have worked in this city. Desert dust, evaporative cooler conversions and roof-mounted equipment are local problems.

How a service call works

  1. You call or send a message

Tell us what the system is doing. We respond Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm Mountain Time.

  2. We diagnose and explain what we found

In plain language, before any work starts. If your system only needs a repair, that is what we will tell you.

  3. You decide, then we do the work

    Not the other way round.

  4. We test it before we leave

And we tell you what to watch for.

Questions El Paso homeowners ask us

Do you work on swamp coolers as well as refrigerated air?

Yes. We service and repair evaporative coolers, and we also handle full conversions from evaporative to refrigerated air. A lot of El Paso homes still run a swamp cooler, and plenty of them work fine. If yours is struggling in August or you are tired of pulling the pads every spring, we can talk you through what a conversion involves before you commit to anything.

When can I call to arrange HVAC service?

Call (915) 751-9803 Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm Mountain Time. We will discuss the problem and confirm appointment availability. We do not offer emergency or after-hours service.

Are you licensed to work in El Paso, Texas?

Yes. Dynamic Heating & Cooling, Refrigeration holds Texas HVAC licence TACLA18354C and has operated from El Paso since 2003. We are also licensed in New Mexico under 353350 and 353356, and BBB accredited since September 2014.

Do you serve areas outside El Paso?

Yes. We cover Horizon City in Texas, and Las Cruces, Alamogordo, La Luz and Boles Acres in New Mexico, where we hold New Mexico licences 353350 and 353356.

Areas we cover around El Paso

We work across the El Paso metro and into southern New Mexico. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call (915) 751-9803 and ask. We would rather tell you straight than take a booking we cannot keep.
